Heart To Heart Doily Die Set $24.95

The Heart To Heart Doily Die Set was used to create this beautiful box cover as well as the Cutie Fringe 3 The Cutie Fringe 3 flower makes a perfect POM POM or a flower like I created above and all you need to do is add a center to it!

This die offers a pointed end for a rolled up flower. Use a quilling tool to curl and then flair out the tiny stems.
