Gift Tag / Package Topper/ Ornament With Cheery Lynn Doily Die!

Hello Everyone!

It is cold here in Illinois and last night we got our first dusting of snow!  I am not much of a snow person but in light of all of the issues others are having elsewhere, a little snow is NOTHING!

Here is a gift Tag/Package Topper I made using  dies from my FAVORITE Die Company, Cheery Lynn Designs!

This was made using th Italian Flourish Doily Die, Snowflake Number 2 and Snowflake Number 5.  Add a little tulle, a brad for the center and a banner and that is it!

Easy, fun and Beautiful!

Isn't this a WONDERFUL idea to hang from a gift bag or to lace on top of a gift?!?!!?  And if you would like you can even make it into an ornament by adding the exact same layers to the other side and placing a string in the middle to hang it from!

These Doily Dies can be used for so many things!

Altered Boxes

Hi Everyone!

I am having so much fun altering these Boxes!  I was totally inspired by Miranda Edney who is an amazing creator and I just loved the idea so much that I tried it myself.  Well, once I started I found I could not stop!  They are sooo easy and fun to do and I find them totally relaxing as well!  The box slides open and can hold a variety of things.  You can even use it to present a gift for the holiday season.  Keep in mind that the box is a gift itself!

The first one I made was for Christmas:

 

There are 100's of small flowers on this box.  Some of them have pearls in the centers too.  I added some music paper to the side and lined it with Jingle Bells and added an Ornament  as the embellishment as well.  The bow is an added embellishment that just adds to the presentation!  I am planning on using this box to store my Christmas cards in that I receive for the Holiday season.  It will be displayed on my table!

I couldn't stop after the first one so I decided to do an Angel box!  Well, it turns out I made 3 Angel boxes!

I LOVE them all!  My next one is going to be a winter themed box with a snowflake as the embellishment!
